Shipping & Returns


As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. Orders are sent from Sunday to Thursday but handling may take up to 3 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you and advise of the expected dispatch date.

All of our products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping

All Products are sent via free shipping except If shopping cart total is less than $7 item will be sent via standard post, all other shipments over $7 will be sent via Courier Post with tracking (additional $7.20 will apply for rural delivery and is automatically added to cart total). Once shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to deliver depending on the service in the destination area. In rare cases, the individual packaging on some of the products may be removed to allow ifitment in a shipping box. This provides the fastest and most affordable shipping available.

Next day dispatch – From Sunday – Thursday on all orders made before 10pm, all orders made between Thursday 10pm & Saturday wont be processed until Sunday to go out for delivery on Monday.
(i.e Order made on Monday before 10pm will be packed & tracking number generated on Monday, order will be sent out on Tuesday morning. Same order made after 10pm will be packed & tracking number generated on Tuesday for dispatch on Wednesday morning.
Please check your delivery address carefully we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If item is unopened, simply send it back. The buyer pays return shipping. Upon receiving the undamaged item, the buyer will receive a refund minus  restocking fee.


Due to the unpredictable nature of ACM products, we cannot offer a warranty unless  stated on the product. If you do not have the technical skill needed to install parts, have your local Airsoft technician do it for you. Returns/refunds are conditional and will be evaluated by occurrence. If an order has been dispatched by the courier and is not received or if an item is received and is either damaged/faulty, a return claim must be filed with ReaperTech within 5 days from the dispatch date of your goods. Buyer must provide proof item received is damaged or faulty within 5 days, buyer must also return ship item to ReaperTech before refund of item can be given.

Refunds will not be given if buyer simply changes their mind after product has been dispatched, if the item has been used but is still in functional state, has been abused/incorrectly installed or damaged during installation or if the packaging has been damaged/missing

A $5 re-stock fee applies to any order that is to be returned for refund (does not apply to products that are returned due to a manufacturing fault)
