SHIPPING

As a small business, we strive to ship orders as fast as possible. Orders are sent from Sunday to Thursday but handling may take up to 3 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 business days, we will contact you and advise of the expected dispatch date.

All of our products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipping

All Products are sent via Courier Post with tracking (additional $10 will apply for rural delivery and is automatically added to cart total). Once shipped, it usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to deliver depending on the service in the destination area. In rare cases, the individual packaging on some of the products may be removed to allow ifitment in a shipping box. This provides the fastest and most affordable shipping available.

Shipping Fee’s

Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If item is unopened, simply send it back. The buyer pays return shipping. Upon receiving the undamaged item, the buyer will receive a refund minus  restocking fee.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the unpredictable nature of ACM products, we cannot offer a warranty unless  stated on the product. If you do not have the technical skill needed to install parts, have your local Airsoft technician do it for you. Returns/refunds are conditional and will be evaluated by occurrence. If an order has been dispatched by the courier and is not received or if an item is received and is either damaged/faulty, a return claim must be filed with ReaperTech within 5 days from the dispatch date of your goods. Buyer must provide proof item received is damaged or faulty within 5 days, buyer must also return ship item to ReaperTech before refund of item can be given.

Refunds will not be given if buyer simply changes their mind after product has been dispatched, if the item has been used but is still in functional state, has been abused/incorrectly installed or damaged during installation or if the packaging has been damaged/missing

A $5 re-stock fee applies to any order that is to be returned for refund (does not apply to products that are returned due to a manufacturing fault)

Any transaction fee’s that are part of a order that has been refunded are forfeited and cannot be refunded. We simply do not get the fee’s back

POLICY FOR FIREARMS SALES

All Replica Firearms sales will require customer to provide upon checkout

• ID to prove age and shipping address to match ID

• Membership information to prove member is part of a club/field

Any instance where a customer does not provide or have the correct information will result in order being refunded & a 5% restock fee being deducted from order.

Any  credit card fee’s will also be forfeited
