Description
RTA sorbo pads are made to completely fill cylinder preventing problems with air braking (air braking caused by the air gap around sorbo pad is compressible and that area is unusable, this causes that air to compress within cylinder before eventually escaping out cylinder head port which slow’s down piston return) This problem is mainly found on DSG builds at very high rate of fire setups.
Installing RTA sorbo’s should result in a more stable/consistent FPS and sometimes a higher FPS output
Note – You will see a slight fps drop with a sorbo pad installed due to the increased buffer size taking up extra air space inside cylinder
